Mars Federation CrossfireClass by fongsaunder Mars Federation CrossfireClass by fongsaunder
Built during the 10-year Sol War, the Mars Federation Crossfire class Light Battleship served with great honour for the Federation. Not only it provided defensive cover for supply routes being attacked by the United Earth Alliance, but it was also the backbone of offensive forces against Allied units. The Allies truly feared this behemoth, having massive firepower for a ship it's size, as well as an average anti-aircraft arsenal and mediocre speed.

As the war came to an end, the Crossfire-class served gallatly during the defense of Mars, providing heavy firepower as well as ferrying much needed supplies from various Federation colonies.

After the war ended with a Martian defeat, all Crossfires were mothballed save 3 ships. They were once again recomissioned during the Alien War, providing the battered Allied Home Fleet with much needed reinforcements after a sudden attack from an unknown alien fleet. The ships continued to serve the Federation, alongside their United Earth Allies.

I really liked this design, the wing under the ship with torpedo launchers was really good.
